This year the 15th Annual IODE Christmas House Tour will be held Saturday Nov 16 and Sunday Nov. 17 from 1-4:30 P.M. The event features 7 homes in the Victoria Ave. Area of Chatham and one church , Holy Trinity Anglican Church . Each year the Chatham-Kent florists decorate the homes on the tour for Christmas and guests are invited into the homes to view the decorations and perhaps get some ideas to refresh their own homes.
If you have never attended, it is a wonderful experience and you will come away ready to tack your own decorating ideas.
Tickets are $20.00 and can be purchased by calling 519-354-0803 or visiting one of the participating florists. They will also be available at Holy Trinity Church the day of the event. A list of the homes on the tour will be listed on the tickets.A portion of the funds raised will support a newborn baby bassinet project by the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. 700-800 visitors are expected to attend.
