<p>                                             Birkshire Subdivision

This Exclusive Southside Neighborhood is one of Chatham's newer subdivisions with beautiful homes lining the streets. Some back onto Indian Creek with it's walkways and greenbelt areas on both sides. This is a favorite location for walking, biking or jogging. Benches line the sides of the creek. In the evenings people of all ages can be seen enjoying the scenery.

This is one of Chatham's  more recently developed areas. Some homes began to appear in the 80's but construction really began in the 1990's and still continues with new streets being added today in the Grand Terra area at the end of Birkshire Ave. Because of a walking bridge across the creek, it allows people to make a complete circuit along the banks of Indian Creek ,the walkways stretching for miles. Three blocks north on Lacroix St.,you will find the  Memorial Arena, Kinsmen Auditorium and the new Lighted Hard Ball Diamond, Kinsmen Stadium, shopping, schools and churches.

Exclusive living but still very affordable and family orientated. Wayne Liddy Sales Representative Re/Max Chatham-Kent Realty Inc. Brokerage 519-352-2840 Call Wayne ( Deeply Rooted in Chatham-Kent) at 519-436-4810 and let him show you what Chatham has to offer for your real estate needs.
