We are sending this e-mail together to let you know how incredibly satisfied we are with the service that Wayne Liddy provided to us with the recent purchase our new home.
We weren't stopping there though...we called him again even though he was working in Mississauga at the time to sell our existing home in Chatham when were ready.
The steady stream of clients that went through our home was amazing...there were days we had 4 clients being shown through...
at times this seemed a little inconvenient but it paid off.
Our home was sold in less than 3 weeks for practically the asking price. This man is good...he definitely knows the business
and has the personality to go with it...not to mention his sense of humour.

When we decided to purchase a small rental home we once again called Wayne.....sure enough he found us exactly what we were looking for in a matter of two days. It was a done deal...we purchased this home and have no regrets.
